Unity Connection UM 8.5

     I am running Unity Connection single mailbox. All UM functions work except TTS. When I try it it fails with a System failed to perform an IMAP operation.

Any ideas??

exchange 2003 , everything else works fine.

Hi Mike -

Do you have the IMAP service running on your Exchange 2003 server(s)?  Are you seeing any errors in your Exchange server's application event log?  Here is a link to the 8.5 guide -

Please note the caveat in section "
