Remote sites T1's Down - Failover Backup options - Please advise

Our remote sites each have two backup pstn phone lines connected to a VIC-4FXO interface card on a 2801 router. How do I route all phone calls to those lines while their T1's are down? We are running CUCM 7

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the T1s and FXOs on the same gateway?

Is the gateway mgcp or h323?

If it's mgcp, configure the FXOs and add those to the route group for outbound calls,

If it's h323, create new dial peers for outbound calls pointing to the FXOs with a higher preference than the T1 dial peer.

This is assuming that by T1 you mean T1 PRI.

Yes, the T1's and the FXO are on the same gateway.

The gateway is mgcp

Please check my configuration, I've attached a few screenshots. The hunt pilot for that site is 2300, that number rings all their phones.
