Does anyone have a recommendation for a specific brand or model of Cord Detangler? Or maybe an alternative solution?

We have a client that requires them because they are unable to keep their cords untangled... however they seem to go bad very quickly and cause lots of problems.

Does Cisco have any official recommendation on this???

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks.

Here is a link to a third party vendor that sells a detangler that would fit into the handset of a Cisco phone. http://www.voiplink.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=Cisco-Detangler-E

However I would not recommend adding in one of these as they will wear quickly and begin to cause other unwanted trouble.  The small copper plates that make the conenction inside wear out very quickly and can lose connection.

Thank you,
