PROBLEM in 1040AP getting registered with AIR-WLC2112-K9

Hi,

Iam facing the issue with Cisco LAP getting registered with WLC 2112. Running version of WLC is 7.0.116.0. LAP is rebooting repeatedly.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue plz.

Hi,

Max retransmit count = AP did not hear back from WLC. So why ?

-Is the AP plugged behind WLC ?

-How many ports are used on 2106 ?

-Whats the network path between AP and WLC ? Can you put as close to WLC and see if issue goes away ?

-What do show traplog, show msglog show on WLC.

1. How many WAP does your WLC currently have?

2. Can you please check if the WLC and the AP are on the same Regulatory Domain (as in Europe or US)?
