I need some help with a CUPC deployement...
Currently CUPC is working correctly except for TWO issues:
-It is not logging any missed calls
-No access to visual voicemail (Unity 8 integrated to Exchange 2010)
I followed the troubleshooting guide for CUPC and the only thing that I do not have turned off (as per Cisco's instructions) is Form-Based Authentication on Exchange 2010.
Does Form-Based Authentication NEED to be turned off for visual voicemail to work?
