I am getting below errors while installing the LMS 3.2, please advise that these are any serious errors, what they can effect and whats the quick way to resolve these error messages.

ERROR: Failed to update the password in cwa configuration file(s).
ERROR: Failed change password for database 'opsxml'.
ERROR: failed to execute E:\LIVESH~1\Software\CISCOW~1.2\install\cwa.inx script
ERROR: failed to execute E:\LIVESH~1\Software\CISCOW~1.2\install\cvw1_a.inx script
ERROR: failed to execute E:\LIVESH~1\Software\CISCOW~1.2\install\cdone_a.inx script
INFO: User not Selected to Reboot the Machine
Installation Completed at 14:13:59 ,Fri 11/11/2011  ,GMT Standard Time
