M71KR-Q Issue

Hi all,

This week i experienced a problem with the M71KR-Q adapter on one of my B-200 M1 servers.I really don't know what is happened but one day when i come to office and connect to the UCS Manager i saw that my Server 7 has red mark.I switched to the faults screen and figured that the server can not be discover by the UCSM.

Here is the image of screen.I searched the fsm code on the google and some other places but couldn't reached any information about it.I have to fix this issue in 2 days and maybe one of you knows how to solve or how to track it.

This points to the CIMC being unable to communicate with the Adaptor.  I would suggest to open a TAC case on it.  It will likely need to be replaced.

Along with the TAC case include a tech support bundle for this blade (CIMC support bundle).
