Cisco C60 and Vaddio Camera

I have talked with Vaddio about the possibility of Cisco sending a code to the Vaddio Camera to frost the glass when it goes to "privacy" mode. They say the only way to do that is send the Power off command.Is there a way Cisco can be made to send "Power Off" to the camera for privacy and send " Power On" when it wakes up? The camera codes are  CAM Power   ON 8x 01 04 00 02 FF, OFF 8x 01 04 00 03 FF

Hello April,

The C-Series has the standby option available but does not turn off the camera.  Could it?  I would recommend contacting your Cisco account team to submit this feature request to see if it is possible to make that an option.  In the meantime, it should be possible for the camera to be controlled by a 3rd party controller that would send the "power off" visca command.
