Hi guys:
Recently I have a problem with an IPS 4260, I was trying to access through IDM and it won't let me, it always bring this message:
errSystemError-ct-sensorApp.426 not respongin. please check system processes - The connect to specified Io:: ClientPipe failed
In fact I also cannot access through CLI, do you have any suggest.

Have you set the allowed hosts yet?
If you have, is the IP address of the client your using in that list?
Have you rebooted the 4260?

Yes I have allowed the host, well in fact I have allowed the entire network segment. And about the restart of the device I haven't tried I need to schedule that with my customer.

I already solve the issue, I got access through CLI and I look at the SH VER that one of the engines was stopped so I create a service account which on I could access into the device and restarted the Engines. That solved the problem.
