Reportable Dictionary Best Practices

We are looking to begin making dictionaries reportable and I am hoping to collect feedback on some best practices for this initiative. Should we make all dictionaries reportable? What are the ramifications of making a dictionary reportable? What is the best way to determine which dictionaries should be reportable and which dictionaries should not be reportable? We have consulted the ServiceAnalytics guide and are looking for more information and real world experiences. Thank you.
