Some Users are getting a blank screen after order submission

Some users are complaining that they see a blank screen (complete blank screen, NOT an error screen) when they submit an order in newScale system. This problem is intermittent for them, not consistent !

This blank white screen shows a JavaScript error in Status bar. When user clicks on the error, The attached error message is displayed.
