Solved: CUCM equivalent to CME silent button commandHi

Hi, I have a customer moving from CME to CUCM 8.5.

In the CME config they use the button1s1 command which enables the silent ring feature for the line. Lines on other buttons will still ring.

Is there any way to mimic this on CUCM?

CUCM DND turns off the ringer for all lines on the device.

Hi James,

Well you can the Ring Setting - Phone Idle & Phone Active to Flash Only

on Line 1 under the DN config page itself. This would have no effect on the other

lines on the phone
