UC560 CUE WEb Gui password not working

Hi Thre,

We have a UC560 that the admin logon to the unit, through CCA and Telnet doesnt work for the CUE web interfae.

How do I reset the CUE web interface admin password?

To reset the CUE-GUI pin.

In CLI, access the CUE. (int ser 0/0 session)

log in with your privilage 15 username/password (default is cisco/cisco)

in the exec mode (if username is cisco)

type

username cisco password cisco

This will change the password to cisco.

FIxed it

Some how someone had set the default password to Password1 for the admin account,

Thats now been changed and the trainees have been slapped
