UC560 - Blast Group - No Answer Forward

Hello Everyone. I have a question on blast groups in a multisite environment with the 8.2 software pack.

In this environment, a call come into Site B and is routed intersite to a blast group in Site A. This works - all phones ring as expected. The blast group has a "no answer forward" destination of "other" set to an AA back in Site B. This is not working. The blast group just rings and rings and rings.

Can anybody help?

Hi John,

You need to check and see if Site-A has a Dial-Peer that references back to Site-B's AA.

You may also need to capture a Dial-Peer debug for us to see what is going on, but your scenario should work so long as there is a call routing path to the destination and the site can reach the other end.

Actually one way to test this, is to see if you can call Site-B's AA from Site "A" just by dialing it.

Also, make sure that all the numbers are unique and not the same.
