Solved: help need in ldap

hi all,

Having small question , if cucm is synchornized with ldap , if ldap server is not working all the users will come to inactive (perge) state ?

kindly help me on this

Hi karthik,

Users will not be purged in the scenario you describe. If the LDAP sync fails the users in CUCM will remain active indefinitely.

The only instance in which users will be purged in CUCM is when they are deleted in LDAP and a successful sync takes place.
