ASA with iphone and certs

I have an ASA running 8.4.1. VPN using anyconnect/smartcards (microsoft certs) works without any issues.

I'm trying to get iphones to be able to VPN with certs/anyconnect and it works (sort of)....

After I import the USER cert (.pfx) onto the iphone, the connection works but I'd need...

1. The cert to prompt me for a password (right now, after the import password, no password is required; just connect)

2. The ASA/Splunk logs can't identify who is actually VPN'd in... Username says "USERS"

Suggestions?

At a minimum you need the mobile device license on the Asa which is separate from the any connect user licenses.
