Can someone please explain to me what each server and network device mention below function is in a call center environment.
1.Peripheral Gateway
2. Rogger/Logger
3.CTI Server/ Dialer
4.CVP media server
5.CVP call server
4.CVP operations Console
5.Admin Workstation
6.CVP call studio
7. Call Manager
8 Voice gateway

You should read the SRND for UCCE, that will go into every single component and really help you understand how they all work together.

And the CVP SRND of course.
An old document - "Cisco ICM Enterprise Edition Pre-installation Planning Guide" - gives a pretty good overview of how ICM works. One from 6.0 or 7.0.
