VPN channel with Fritz!Box

How can I configure VPN connection between Cisco RV042 and Fritz!box 7170?

I can establish VPN channel with Linksys RV042 with firmware 1.3.12.6-tm.

When I set the same setting to Cisco RV042 (firmware v4.0.2.08-tm) VPN channel is not established.

check the fritxbox website, there are various config examples

No.

After a few months my Fritz broke down and I changed the router to another one.

From this time I used TP-Link WR-842ND, Cisco RV180W and now TP-Link Archer C7 with OpenWRT instaled.

All of this routers I configured to establish VPN tunnel between routers.
