Hi all,

I am facing an issue; the incoming calls are not landing on the IP phones using the CUCM, below is the debug for the same and it shows the cause as Unallocation/Unassigned number.

I checked the config of Gateway, route pattern, partitions and CSS but seems to be ok.

Mayank,

Is it a new config or old config ?

If it was working before & not working now, check if the incoming dial-peer config is changed on gateway ?

It appears that you have DID range ( 1065 being part of it ) & the telco is just sending last 4 digits to the gateway & gateway is not able locate the number. DP config needs to be checked ?

GP.

Hi Mr. Pande,

It is a new config and it never worked.  Let me check the same with the telco and will also copy the dial peer config  here for more suggestions around it.

Mayank

If you took DID range, then I dont see any issue at Telco side, they are sending digits as they should.

GP.

Yes you are right.. even I dont see an issue with the telco end.

Forgot to ask, what type of gateway protocol is being used ? My above explaination holds good for H.323.

GP.

Hi Mr. Pandey,

The gateway is H.323

An important VOIP dial-peer is missing from the config or you can modify the existing VOIP dial-peer as below..

dial-peer voice x voip     ------------------> x is just the dial-peer Tag e.g. 1,2, 3 etc...

destination-pattern 1... ------------------> This is to represent your DID range.

session target ipv4:10.3.3.11 --------------------> This is your callmanager

voice-class codec 100

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

no vad

If you let me know your DID range, I can get back with precise config.

GP.

thanks ... I will share the DID range shortly with you
