moving to LDAP

Considering we use extension mobility across the board. What other problems might I run into besides having to re-associate the end user to the device profile?

In my opinion you gain more from it than there is downside to integrating with LDAP. Besides EM, personal directory logons on the phones may become more challenging if your user IDs are alphanumerical and long.  Besides CUCM do you have other applications, i.e. Unity Connection, UCCX that you are considering for the conversion?

Thats why I proposed it. We have meetingplace w/outlook plugin and are migrating to UCXN and want to use theclick to call widget. So to have SSO just makes sense.
