hello
in ISDN word we use NT1 device, as i know, to convert between 2 wires (coming from telco) and 4 wires (going to s/T interface)
however i usually read that NT1 is used with BRI only. not with PRI.
can anyone confirm that we don't need NT1 with PRI ? and why ? is PRI cable coming from telco 4 wires ?
thanks

PRI is delievered as 4-wire T1 line.
Thanks.

Not always.
first of all, OP has E1 not T1.
Second, E1 is some countries, E1 is delivered over unbalanced coax cables.

so can we say that in all cases PRI does not need NT1 ?

I agree with Paolo.
Same time for E1/T1 balanced or unbalanced circuits NT1 is not at all required.
Thanks
