I am currently working with ipcce7.0 with ctios and ipivr. I want to check how many agents license do we have installed in icm.

Please let me know how and where we need to check the current agent license capacity in icm.

UCCE Agent licenses are honor based and do not get applied anywhere on the system, in order to figure out what was purchased you can contact Cisco account team or check with licensing@cisco.com and they can pull what is registered against the smartnet contract (does not mean this is accurate)
