We have 2 rightfax servers at a site that are configured with 12 ports each. We created 2 sip trunks, one to each server. We put both sip trunks in a route group that circular hunt. When we stop all the rightfax services on one server call manager still tries to send faxes there as the IP is up. Is there a way to make call manager see the trunk as down even though the IP is up? We are running Callmanger 7.1.3 and Rightfax 10.
route pattern XXXX --->route list ----> route group -----> trunk1 or trunk2
Thanks
Jason

I have this same issues with dual SIP PSTN gateways when a PRI goes down. I don't know if there is a way to do it at this time. If you open a TAC case and figure it out please let me know. Maybe someone will chime in and enlighten us

Thank you very much I will give this a shot! I can't believe the default failover time is 63.5 secods. This is why the users are getting the fast busy correct?
