Hello Community, we have a "tralation pattern" (0500XXX) that makes the transformation to a "hunt pilot" (10800 internal dial number) this "hunt pilot" belongs to a "hunt list" and this belong to a "Line Group", but when the call is completed and the user needs to "Forward" the call, the original call hangs up, and the forward call is established with the user.
Traslation Pattern -> Hunt Pilot -> Hunt List -> Line Group -> Call Complete DN -> Try to Forward to Other Dn (in this step he call crashed)

system (CME or CUCM) version and phone model type and firmware
It almost sounds like you may be hitting a bug.
