Hi guys,
My first post on here and I'm fairly new to VoIP, so be gentle!
In our office, we have SPA303 IP Phones, set up to use SIP. (Apparently.)
What I'd like to do is set up the phones so that when one number rings, the line key on another phone shows which one it is.
E.g. I want my phone to show on Line Key 2 when someone calls my boss. Also, if I answer a call, I want to be able to transfer that call simply by pressing the appropriate line key.
I know this is possible (according to the Cisco user manual) but I can't figure out how to do it!
Any ideas?
Cheers

Wrong forum - try "small business, phones".
Anyway, you should start engaging the person that sold and installed the phone system.
