I think that in the CSC we need section "Share your experiences" - in this section peoples do not ask the questions, but talk about interesting non standart problems they encountered and their solutions.

Hi Pavel,
Much of that type of discussion takes place over at the Cisco Cafe.
Have a look

I mean not general problems, but problems relatet only to network problems. Suppose you have encountered non standart problem in your netwok and implement interesting solution for this, and want to share your experiences to others.

Hi Pavel,
If it were me I would just post up your solution in the
pertinent forum.section. So if I have an interesting workaround
or "fix" for IP Telephony then that's where I'll post it up. Don't forget that
to start a thread is aptly named "start a discussion" so it's not just
for asking questions.
This way your solution will be viewed by the appropriate audience
Just my 2 cent$
Cheers!

Thanks Rob .
But when i start discussion in pertinent forum i have only one option - "Mark as question".
May be it is a good idea to expand aviable option?
For example mark as "Idea" if you have some ideas (for example in security), marks as "Share your (my) experience", mark as "Hint" and other for ease of navigation between discussion? What do you think?

Hi Pavel,
I do like the idea of maybe a "Mark as Hints & Tips" or "Mark as Idea" +5
Those might just work.
Cheers!

Thank's Rob for your support
But how to bring this idea to the developers of CSC?

Hi Pavel,
When Dan gets back from Cisco Live-London we'll get him to have a look at this thread and
give us his comments. How's that sound?
Cheers!

Great!
Thanks Rob!

Hi Pavel and Rob,
Adding a second option to mark a discussion as "tips & tricks" would be a bit tricky from the implementation side. In the past we have discussed adding a Tips and Tricks Community. The only downside to this would be the discussions wouldn't be under their specific technology area. Do you think members would still utilize a separate community like this?
Cheers,
Dan

Hi Dan, I think we do not need to create completely new "Tips and Tricks Community". We can create another bookmark like here.
(Sorry for my English - Russian is my native language)
So "tips and trics" will be in the right place.
