very strange message and MWI behaviour

Hi all, cucm 8.5 and unity cluster 8.5 configured - unity as a cluster. all ports registered fine. But, when i call unity, it answeres correctly with the correct mailbox greeting, I can leave a message but there is no MWI and when I call in to unity there is no message however, when I use the TUI from one phone to send a message and deliver it - the MWI lights and I can retrieve the message.

I have no errors reported in the unity cluster.

Any Ideas please?

Hi Paul,

You may want to narrow down if the symptom is specific to external (outside) callers vs. internal (IP phones).  The macro "Message tracking" traces can be set and once you reproduce the behavior collect "Message Transfer Agent" logs on UC using RTMT.
