Solved: Auto Answer with Hold

All,

Is there any way to get a phone to auto answer and automatically put the call on hold? The end goal is to be able to allow several people to call up and listen to the On-Hold music at different times without having to have someone there to actually answer the call and put the call on hold. Alternative resolutions are appreciated.

Sorry, not possible out of the box, you would need to develop something customer if even possible.

Just to give options: You should be able to accomplish this with either CUEAC or CCX. Both products can answer the call and place it on hold while waiting for an operator/agent.
