Is there a way to access your messages from outside the office? I have tried *, # and looked at our options but do not see anything refering to outside access.

once the line stops ringing and you here the mailbox greeting you can press * to access the voicemail messages. You will be prompted to enter a mailbox number (your extension or group number) followed by the mailbox password. Hope tho helps.

You could also setup the Auto Attendant menu item to point to the Voicemail Pilot.
Voicemail to email can also be used for external access.

Thank you Navin and Ryan for the quick response. I setup the * option to transfer to a mailbox and they are able to access all from there.
