Hi all,

I have unity connection 8.5 server. When a user record his message to other user and stay online rather then hanging up, he is asked to press 1 if he want to send his message then he is prompted "if you want to dial an extension you may do so now". I would like to get rid of this step. I would like to have something like "you're message has been sent, thank you and goodbye". Is there any way to do so.

Best Regards,

Hatem

Hi Hatem,

You would need to change the "after message action" for the users to;

Call Action - Hang Up instead of Call Handler "Goodbye"

So User > Edit > Message Settings > After Message Action > Call Action > Hangup

Just tested this and it works the way you would like

Cheers!
