Fail to Login CUPC over VPN

Hi All,


I had problem when login to CUP Server when using VPN.

it's always fail with error message "Unable to Connect to The Server".

I'm using CUPC 8.5.5 and this login alwayd success when I login from Local Area Network.


Is there any one can help me ?

Hi,

The virtual private network (VPN) clients tested with Cisco Unified Personal Communicator are as follows and let me know which VPN client you are using.


Cisco VPN Client 5.0

Cisco Anyconnect VPN Client 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4
