I configured a Unity Express 7.4 at AIM-CUE module at 2821 CIsco Gateway. I connect it to Cisco Callmanager 8.5 succesfully, imported teh users, created mailboxes, Pilots, Ports and so on.
The users can call there voice mailboxes and create greetings, names, change PIN etc.
If someone redirect his extension to voicemail and somebody call this extension, the caller gets this message:
"No mailbox is associated to this extension. Good Bye."
Why this? the mailbox exists.

Hi,
This sounds like the digits for the mailbox and the called extension number are didfferent.
What is the actual Mailbox extn number
What is the actual called extn DN
You may need to use a mask in your voicemail profile on CUCM to fix this.

This was the crucial hint. In the mask field of the profile was a wrong entry. Thanks, now it works.
