Max digits on forward all

Hi all, I have a CUCM 8.6.2 and my users when try to transfer all calls from the phones (with softkey) can digit only one digits.

When I can set the max number of digits of the call transfer?

If I set the CFA from web interface all is working.

There is no such setting, this must be either pattern overlap issue or Calling Search Space issue, make sure the CSS and secondary CSS on the DN have access to the patterns you are attempting to enter.
