CUCM user controlled RNA

Is there a way to grant the user the ability to change their own RNA timer?

On our old system the user had the ability to chose the number of rings before forwarding out to voice mail or another number.

CUCM 8.5

I have seen this question before.

The answer to date is still NO you can not change this setting via the CUCMUser page.

This is really unfortunate as my users that I am converting from the 10 year old NBX use this all of the time. How can something so simple not be an option?

You cannot expect a 100% feature parity when migrating from one system to a new one, just as that is not included there will be a lot of things that will be available and the old system didn't have.

For those kind of things our products don't have you get in touch with your AM and submit a PER (Product Enhancement Request) so the BU will consider it for future versions.
