Hi we would like to implement IVR system in our voice network. When users dial a particular number it should go to some instructions already recorded and then user should be able to dial any internal number and then that call has to be directed to that dialed number. This is our primary use we are thinking to bring to our network using IVR. We have CUCM 7.0, Unity server, GW 3900.
Now my question is how can I bring IVR facility to our network ? Can unity server act as an IVR application? Is there any other possibility to bring IVR system without using IP IVR application ?Your comments are appreciated…
