Using Firefox 3.6 on Windows 7
All I get is the Cisco banner and a green line, the tab says "Cisco UC320W Firmware Upgrade"
No Login Prompt at all!

It's not the Flash 11 problem is it? Check

Thanks Dave, that was the problem. I used the online cloud upgrade method to update the device, all worked perfectly.
