Running CUCM 126.96.36.199900-1. 7960 phones do not have the "log missed calls" checkbox under Directory Number Configuration. Missed calls are logged with no option to turn it off. The checkbox IS available for our 7961 phones.

AFAIK this feature is not available for the 7940G or 7960G due to memory constraints. This feature is available on the Cisco Unified IP Phones 7941G, 7941G-GE, 7961G, 7961G-GE, 7970G and 7971G-GE in version 8.0(3) and later of the phone firmware.
