Hi Shabeel,
Please explain what functionality you seek in IVR feature.
If I remember correctly, you have Unity Express module onboard in UC560 and it supports scripts.
Also, you should be able to use B-ACD TCL script.

You can use embebbed into Unity Express AA script.

But sir this is for callmanager express router cme config i have a uc560
series which will be configure from a cisco configuration assistant

I not very familiar with the CCA, but my understanding was that you can change configuration directly via Telnet/SSH or Web browser in case of Unity Express. Try connecting to Unity Express module IP address via browser.
