UCCX7 with 3rd ASR

Hi

I'm trying to test UCCX7.0.1SR5 with the 3rd party ASR(not in the cisco compatibility list) that support MRCPv1

Speech Recognition engine can regconize the word and return message to UCCX but UCCX cannot find the returned tag.

Returned Message from 3rd Party MRCP Server is here below.

The tag format that I'm using look like this

<tag><![CDATA[<tag one>]]></tag>

From the error I think 3rd Party MRCP doesn't send the appropriate message that UCCX can understand.

So, where I can find the correct returned message that UCCX can understand. The document for UCCX doesn't has much detail for this topic

Yes if this is not in our compatibility guide, you will have to order something from our compatible list of ASR"S

I understand that it is not in the compatible list, but from the technical perspective the message information and format

should be in the document, so we can know how the thing works.

What if I have the same problem with Nuance?

(I was face the same problem with my local country Nuance partner in POC state and never found the solution)

Should I open TAC case for the problem that should be in the document?

What if our customer need the problem to be solved in 2 hours?

What if our customer would like to purchase UCCX with Nuance ASR and we fail in POC state?

I understand that even it is in the document may be I still facing the problem and in that case we then need TAC.

What I'm trying to say that some information like ASR should be well documented. So we can solved the problem faster.
