One-Way Conversation on Outbound FXO

Need help with one-way conversation on outbound calls to the PSTN using FXO.

I have UCM

Router/Gateway is 2811 with a VIC2-2FXO card and PVDM2-8

Router and UCM are connected via a point to point T1

Router is setup as H323 and voip bind is configured on interface

Internal point to point - router to UCM calls are fine, placing external PSTN calls from location/router to UCM are fine, external calls from UCM to router are fine, external calls to the FXO port - POTS line (plar to extension) are fine

Calls made from the router to UCM and back out on the router FXO POTS line receive one-way conversation.  You can hear the called party, but they cannot hear you.

I am at a lost.  I've checked all configuration and I am not seeing anything.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Even with the interfaces voip bind set, still there is a routing / addressing issue.

One would have to look and take traces to find which one.

So what traces need to be looked at? I did a "voip ccapi inout", but I don't think I saw anything wrong.  There is lots of information and very possible I am missing what I need to be looking for.

Can you let me know what traces and what I need to be looking for?
