Hi All,
I have:
CallManager 8.5
CUP: 8.5
LDAP Active Directory Windows Server 2003.
CUPC: 8.5
And have a problem with deskphone control. When I check Use My Deskphone For Audio all options for call are disabled and only i can send text message or e-mail. But if I uncheck this i can do everything (call to extension, mobile, text message, e-mail).
Note: In LDAP Authentication for End Users I change the LDAP port by 3268, However the problem persist.
So any idea please let me know.

Note: In End user i have assigned the phones on Device Association.. see picture for more.

Is this error occuring for all the phone models or specific models?
