Hi,

1.could you able to ping the other CM ip from one another.if all ping

2. then check DB replicaTION STAUS IN rtmt. it should be 2 for all the server.

3. try to login via cli in the server and check these things first.

Dear Vipul

I performed the utils dbreplication stop,  utils dbreplication clusterreset and utils dbreplication reset all commands,

the problem persists.

TIA

Cristian.

utils dbreplication clusterreset all command should follow by cluster reboot.

if you dn want to reboot the cluster, you run the command

utils dbreplication reset all

thanks,

Vipul Jindal

Dear Vipul

I opened a case in Cisco TAC. Took the case your coworker John-Paul.

Yesterday at night,  I performed a reboot the cluster and then, all servers have a replication count of 348 and all servers have a good replication status.

The customer wants to know why this problem occurred. Please, if you have an idea, could you tell me what are the reasons that could cause this problem?.

TIA.

Cristian
