uc320 unable to dial certain exchanges

I installed a uc320 customer is unable to dial certain exchanges like 611 for repair, numbers that begin with 647, 289,and ( 310 7 digit)

Russ,

This issue sounds like either a dialing issue with the customer, or a problem with outbound dialing rules.  Is there any way you could let us see the dialing rules and outbound routes?

Also, have you checked with your service provider to see what you're actually passing to them when these numbers are dialed?

Hi Russ,

What country is this system installed in and are you having problems with FXO, SIP trunks, or BRI?  What version of firmware are you running?
