Forward DID that points to AA to external number after hours via Night Service...

Hi again,

Situation is:

AA is setup for daytime AA for this customer.  At 5pm, night service kicks in and we need to have all calls that would go to that AA automatically go to an answering service. 

Question is:

Is it possible to make that DID or AA forward all calls, without ringing the AA itself, to an external number with zero user interaction?

Yes.

Incoming Calls -> Floating Ext X

Ext X call-forward all set to AA Pilot (set in floating extensions page)

Ext X call-forward night-service set to external number with steering digit in front (set in night service page)
