Directory menu is not showing

Hi we are using CUCM 7.0, and it has been integrated to our directory server. In some of our cisco 7945 phones corporate directory menu is not showing. How and where we can enable this menu ?? can any one please help me ?

Hi,

One of the reason of not working.

7945 will begin to use the secure URL first and then default back to the normal URL.

Because NULL was in place for the Secure-URL on all the services, it will fail every time

it loaded.

Removed NULL from the Secure-URL and it was able to load the directories.

Also see if in enterprise parameter what is there in Secure-URL.
