Error message displayed when renewing ProtectLink Gateway Licenses

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to renew (or activate, because the last license expired on Feb 28th, 2012)  the ProtectLink Gateway license for an SA540-K9 (I have purchased Part No. L-PL-GW-100MAX-3=), following instructions in the administration guide v1.1.

After submitting the Registration Code an error messsage appears:

"The Registration Code is not unique. Enter the key associated with this product or contact Trend Micro technical support for assistance." (see image attached)

What does this error means? Can somebody give me any clues or hints about what to do or how to proceed with the activation?

Please note I tried to contact Trend Micro support, but when asked for the Product I didn't find ProtectLink in the Trend Micro portfolio.

Last year we bought Part No. L-PL-GW-100MAX-1=. I suppose there is no problem in renewing the service for 3 years now.
