i have very weired issue whcih is :
one of our branches i have cisco 3560 POE SW IOS is : (C3560-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(46)SE
one user moved from office A to office B and he was working fine but once he came back to his office B he is not getting IP address so i cleared the port security for him and he got an IP address but eventhough he cant ping his gateway and i am not able to ping him from the switch
i shut down the interface and rest it back to default and reconfigure it again but no luck also i did clear arp and cleared MAC address table but also no luck
i asked the user to back to office B and he worked fine but when he came back to office A same issue is there
could you please help he .... is this a IOS bug or what excactly.
one more thing is i restarted the switch and everything start working fie ???
any idea ???
