Solved: BACD Queries

HI There,

On UC540 and 560 with CCA 8.2

I am having some issues with BACD, We have eventually found out that we need to delete the busy prompt to get it not to play, (though the system needs a reboot to take effect which is not very clever.) but we cannot find away to stop it playing music on hold.

We want it to call round the hunt group with 20secs between each phone, and then repeat so for a total of 120 seconds then forward to the pilot number for a generaly delivery mailbox.

No matter what time I set the Busy prompt to it always plays after 30 seconds (or doesnt if the files deleted) then starts with music on hold, we just want the ringing tone for the inbound callers, as the change to music on hold makes the end user think the calls has been answered and put on hold, thinking they have been dealt with just to stop the ringing.

Is there any way to do this?

Don't use the BACD. Just use 2 Hunt Groups.

Make 2 hunt groups (both sequential) with a 20 second ring time. Make the "final" number for the first one the second hunt group pilot number, and make the "final" number for the second one the GDM.
