CCX 7.0.2 after login to appadmin redirect to blank page

hi,

After i login to ccxadmin it redirect me to a blank page

any body expericing the same issue

Hi Asim,

Try using diferent browser.

Please restart the IIS service and check one more time.

Also check the MADM logs for this issue (you can attach the snapshot)

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\log\MADM

Try the following and see if it works

1. Open Internet Explorer and type http://crsIPAddress:6293/appadmin/

2. Login to appadmin and go to Control Center page.

3. Select the CRS Administration process radio button and click

the "Restart" button.

4. Exit the browser and launch appadmin normally from the Start Menu.

Alternatively, if this is an HA setup, login to appadmin from the 2nd node,

go to the Control Center page, select the broken node, and restart it's CRS

Administration process.
