Hi,

I'm doing my first UC560 install. I'm wondering if the UC560 is capable of night switching via night service?

I've gone through the settings on CCA and I can't find any connection for Basic ACD and night service.

Regards

The answer is yes but not directly.

In my example I had a customer whose main DID rings directly to BACD (No auto attendant)

CCA won't let you configure the ACD dn in the night service window. The work around I used without any issue was to use a floating extension. The DID (or fxo trunk) points at a floating extension which is fix call forwarded to the BACD DN (no VM, or CFNA setup) Then put the floating extension in the night service window and when the system goes into nights it grabs the calls before they get to the ACD.
